CC008-150-A semi-automatic machinery for bonding with manual conveyor belt 1.5 m.

With this machine , born from a specific request  for one of our customers , we want to present and give a hint to the personalization of our society is able to deal with.

The machine in question has based on a industrial suction bench of the " Leonardo Series " which was equipped with a conveyor belt filter media double barrier .

The operation , very simple and essential , is the placement of the materials to be treated inside the suction bench , on the conveyor belt , then the operator provides to apply manually the water-based adhesive on the worktop . In this operation assure an efficient recovery overspray , that is the "fog" of adhesive spray that is created during the spraying phase , thanks to a series of powerful vacuums that deal with the capture and filtering of these powders on two sides : on the conveyor belt and on the front wall .

At the end of the spraying materials , the operator , by means of a foot pedal , communicates to the machine sending the material to the discharge area , where they can then be removed to dry naturally .

The machine in question is provided with a gate that once raised by a pneumatic cylinder allows the bulky material to escape from the machine and then closes automatically after their passage .

Thanks to some manual controls is possible to adjust the speed and time of actuation of the conveyor belt , so to set the most suitable values ??to their production.

Although this machine has been equipped with our kit extra- quick replacement of the filter mat , thereby limiting the downtime for the replacement of the carpet : the replacement of the carpet are required only ten minutes.
