Innovative infrared drying tunnel. 

Special Thanks to infrared technology, the drying of the treated materials is made with the highest yield, in fact, the short-wave infrared act directly on the water contained in the adhesive bringing it to a rapid evaporation, while respecting both the treated materials that the film of 'adhesive. 

Its compact size can greatly reduce the length of the conveyor belt compared to conventional drying. This module is completely independent and can also be installed later occupies only 40cm. 

In this space is guaranteed for the complete drying in a time varying from 10 seconds (for drying very delicate) to 5 seconds (for high production rates). 

With these operating times our infrared system also ensures a considerable savings in terms of energy, in addition to ensuring a higher production rate.
