LN160-200-P3: Automatic line for gluing and pressing Leonardo 1,6x2.0. Version with pressing mach.
The LN160-200-P3 line is composed by the for full bonding "Leonardo" (see machine data sheet) with infrared dryer oven and the rear camera with LCD monitor.
In the discharge side is installed the rotative press with light of 450 mm, capable of a pressure of 2,5Kg / cm2 and can reach a maximum temperature of 100° C.
The convenient loading belt is installed in the discharge side, which allows to couple the materials directly on the folding sides of the belt itself
The pressing machine is controlled by the touch screen control panel of the Leonardo automation, so all the processing can be saved in the recipes to be recalled later.
